Why are images not loading on our website/app or on LinkedIn posts?

If you are experiencing issues with images not loading, appearing as grey squares, or not displaying correctly, the issue may be related to your browser's cache.

How to Resolve Image Display Issues

A common solution for this problem is to clear your browser's cache. In one instance, a customer resolved a similar issue by clearing the cache in their Microsoft Edge browser.

Clearing your cache forces the browser to download the latest version of a webpage, including the images, rather than using a stored, older version that might be corrupted or outdated.

Steps to take:

  1. Navigate to your browser's settings or history.
  2. Look for an option to "Clear browsing data," "Clear cache," or "Delete temporary internet files."
  3. Ensure that the "Cached images and files" option is selected. You may also want to select "Cookies and other site data."
  4. Confirm the action to clear the data.

If clearing your cache does not solve the problem, please contact support@dsmn8.com for further assistance.
