Why is my reset password email not coming through?

If you are having issues not receiving the email to reset your password, please make sure to check your spam folder, as it could accidentally land there.

If more than 20 minutes have passed and you still haven’t received it, feel free to contact support at support@dsmn8.com and we can reset your password manually by providing a temporary password that you will have to change once you access your account.

The password needs to be changed by accessing your profile which you will find on the upper right side of the screen and clicking on the pencil once the drop-down menu shows up.
