Points Explained

As part of DSMN8s gamification tools, points can be attributed to users as they use the platform. Points are used in gamification features such as rewards. Leaderboards Rewards as well as Claimable rewards both utilise points as a measure.

The main breakdown for points is as follows:

1 Share = 2 Points
1 Click = 10 Points
1 LinkedIn Like = 15 Points
1 LinkedIn Comment = 25 Points

Why are points broken down like this?

Our value is in true, authentic social engagements, we want to encourage users to share content that is relevant for their network and will garner real engagement from their network, and not to encourage users to overshare all and any content. With this points are weighted in favour of generating link clicks from your shares as well as engagement on the posts that you are sharing.

To increase your chances of generating more clicks and engagements with your posts see our article here.
