Dedicated Newsletter Administrator
The newsletter tool requires a dedicated administrator, who will then be able to assign DSMN8 users as Team Leaders for newsletters. These administrator permissions will be granted by the DSMN8 support team, so please get in touch with support@dsmn8.com to get started.
Team Leaders
Once assigned, Team Leaders will be able to distribute newsletters to their allocated teams and will have access to the newsletter content available for their assigned team. Team leader management can be managed by newsletter administrators and can be accessed within the newsletter settings. Any team leaders that are assigned to the 'Everyone' team will be able to see content for all teams.
Usage Limitations
Newsletter administrators now have the ability to set usage limitations, setting daily, weekly and monthly limitations for each Team Leader.
