Expired Posts

As an admin you now have the ability to have a better management of the content you make available for your colleagues, making sure you set expiration dates for it. It could be the case that you are providing them with time sensitive pieces, whether they are posts about a certain event, webinars or just a post that will age quickly.

To make sure that those pieces of content don’t get shared any longer after a certain date, you can set an expiration date for the post.

To this, head to the Published Content section in the Advocacy tab. Once you are there, simply click on the three dots next to the post and select “set expiration date”.

From there, you will be able to set the date you would like the content to expire. This will mean the content is no longer visible in Users feeds, but all your analytics for the post will still be available.
