Control Share Limits
Control the sharing process within DSMN8 to ensure employees are sharing at the volume you require. Control these sharing limits from your global settings.
Max Share Per Share Window
One share window is one hour in DSMN8. Max Shares per share window enables you to set the maximum amount of scheduled and automated shares that can go out within an hour.
If you feel that your account is sharing too frequently you can reduce this figure to ensure employee's shares are more spaced out over time.
Max Shares Per Channel Per Day For Members
This limits the amount a single user can share to a social channel per day. Eg 5 shares per day to LinkedIn. If you would like employees to be able to share more or less in a day this figure can be adjusted accordingly.
