Why is my mobile app crashing?

In the event that you are having difficulties using your DSMN8 mobile app because it closes unexpectedly or crashes, please make sure to:

  1. Check you have the latest updated software version of your phone
  2. Close all apps that might be currently open
  3. Check that you have enough storage space available in your phone
  4. Turn off/on mobile phone again before attempting to open it back
  5. Deleting the app and downloading it again
