The content you see on your feed is the content that has been tagged to the teams and groups you are part of, and chances are that your colleagues are part of others.
You can always change the teams and groups you are part of directly on your profile, simply by heading to the avatar on the upper right side of the screen and clicking on the pencil from the drop-down menu.
