Personal Posts
As a DSMN8 user you have access to this option to write a post that is then shared directly onto LinkedIn, or potentially X (Previously known as Twitter) if you feel like it.
Personal posts are typically available for VIP users and team leaders, although access to them can be granted by your admin from the Settings page and then going to “Global Settings.”
If permissions to users have been granted to create personal posts, they can simply head to the upper right corner of their screen and click on “Personal Post”.
Once they do this, they will be prompted to create a new post, select where they would want it to go out (LinkedIn or X), add an image, and even make sure they have the option to schedule it for later or post at once altogether.
Users creating posts with native videos
In addition to admin users curating videos that will then be available to their colleagues, DSMN8 users also have the ability to craft their own posts and add video assets to their LinkedIn posts that they craft through the platform.
For users to be able to do this, they simply need to click on the “Personal Post” Button that appears on the upper right side of their screen.
Once they click on it, they will be met with the option to start crafting their own post. Bear in mind that this option is only available for LinkedIn, so once they select this social media platform as the destination of their post, they can click on the icon of the video camera.
Once the video has been successfully uploaded they will see a little preview as to how their post is going to look like, and they can make sure to have the content posted on the spot, or to schedule it for later.
