Product Advocates
DSMN8 admins have the ability to assign up to 20 platform users as 'Product Advocates' which enables those users to access the Product Portal, DSMN8's integrated tool to provide direct feedback on features we are working on and suggested Product ideas.
Those users would then be able to submit ideas for the platform or vote on other ideas currently being considered. This is fantastic feature within the platform that removes the barrier of avid DSMN8 users who want to have their experience improved by being able to directly provide valuable feedback to our Product Team.
How do I enable Product Advocates?
Admins can easily grant users permissions to submit ideas to Product Portal by heading to the Home Menu and clicking on Global Settings.
Once they are there, they need to scroll down until they find the Product Portal Access section and click on the "Add member" button to grant the permissions.
